Terms of service (The "Fine Print")
Refund Policy
All Sales are Final at Streets Meet Art. Due to the nature of custom artwork, professional labor, and the use of single-use sanitary supplies, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances—no exceptions.
Deposits: Your $50 deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment and covers custom design work and preparation. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward the final cost of your service.
Services: Once a tattoo or piercing service has been performed, no refunds will be issued.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used for piercing services.
Age & ID Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo or piercing. Valid, government-issued photo identification is required at the time of your appointment - except ear lobes.
Privacy Policy
Your Information is Secure:We are committed to protecting your personal identity and keeping your data safe.
Secure Storage: All client information, including contact details and medical consent forms, is stored securely and kept private.
Usage: Your data is only used to manage appointments, process payments, and provide studio updates if you have opted in.
No Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your information remains strictly within our secure studio management system.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and ask that you respect ours. Because we operate by appointment only, late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our artists and the studio.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Your $50 deposit may be transferred to a new date one time only.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of your $50 deposit.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited. You may be required to pay for future sessions in full at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
Design & Concept Changes: Major changes to your tattoo design or concept must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Drastic changes on the day of your appointment may require rescheduling and a new deposit
Artist Cancellations: In the rare event that the studio must cancel your appointment (e.g., artist illness or emergency), your deposit will be fully protected and applied to your rescheduled date.
Right to Refuse Service
Streets Meet Art reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behave inappropriately, or request artwork that violates our studio standards.
Touch-Up Policy
We want your art to look perfect! One complimentary touch-up is included with your tattoo. Please note that touch-ups required due to poor aftercare, or on high-friction areas (such as hands, feet, and fingers), are not complimentary and will incur a setup fee of $30.
Health & Safety
For your safety, we cannot tattoo or pierce anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Please consult a doctor before booking if you have any serious medical conditions, are taking blood thinners, or have severe skin conditions in the area being tattooed.
Terms of Service
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our No Refund Policy. Please arrive on time; late arrivals or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
