Sign with business hours information, indicating open most days around 9 or 10 AM, occasionally as early as 7, but sometimes as late as 12 or 1 PM. The business closes about 5:30 or 6 PM, sometimes as early as 4 or 5, but occasionally as late as 11 or 12 PM. The sign notes that they are not always there at all and have been present most of the time, except when elsewhere.
